Vigan Ilocos Sur

VIGAN is a fourth class city in the province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. It also is the province capital city. It is famous for cobblestone streets and colonial houses built during the Spanish regime with rich European architecture. It has been declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO being one of the few places in the country who has kept its Hispanic infrastructure intact.
