In Pictures: Baguio, Now and Then! (Looking Back through HISTORY)

The Summer Capital of the Philippine Islands, this was what they first call Baguio during the American colonization.  And, Baguio City was the only Hill Station of US in Asia back then.  Now, Baguio City is also  known as the “Educational Center of the Philippines (Credits: GMA).

The famous Session Road.

 

There were significant changes on these photos as an implication of development and improvement as time passed by.  Some changes were also caused by the devastating earthquake that struck the City way back in 1990.  The City survived to recover and now many more establishments were built.
