A&J – Peter, the Baker King

Could you please introduce yourself? Tell us where are you from?

I’m Nguyễn from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and my English name is Peter.

Why did you choose The Philippines to study the English Language?

The most important reason is the expenses here are much cheaper than other countries. Also, Filipino uses the English Language better than other Asian countries.

How did you find about Baguio City (Summer Capital of the Philippines)?

First of all, I think Baguio is way safer than other places. Secondly, the people here are friendly and approachable. And Lastly, everyone is will to help and introducing one another is easier.

Many English Schools in the Baguio but why did you Choose A&J English

The reason I came here is that my good friend recommended me.

What do you usually do on the weekends? Do you have many friends here?

We usually go sightseeing with my group of friends from school who are Japanese, Koreans & Filipinos.

Where is your favorite place to hang out in Baguio? Are you an outgoing person?

I love Camp John Hay. The place has a lot of pine trees around. I believe I’m quite easy to hang out with and also a friendly person.

Every students’ graduates from A&J Academy, could you tell me your plans after graduation?

I plan to go back to my previous job. I’m actually a baker by profession.

One last Question, do you have any comments/suggestion for new students coming to A&J to study English?

Learn as much as possible when you’re here. Test your skills by Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking. Don’t forget to make friends in order to make yourself and the environment easier.
