CNS II – Challenge! Until my decision shines!
Please, introduce yourself.
My name is Tatsuki. I am Japanese and I’m 18 years old, I came here at CNS2 after graduating high school
Why did you start to study IELTS?
I want to go to Sunway University in Malaysia. I need 6.0 IELTS score. Malaysia is cheaper than any other countries. After graduating, I want to work abroad.
How did you know CNSⅡ for the first time, and why did you choose this academy?
At first, I told the Japanese agency that I want to go University in Malaysia so they recommended me here to get an IELTS score because CNS2 is focused on IELTS.
How about the learning environment in CNSⅡ?
I think the learning environment here is very good because I can concentrate on studying and I have enough time to do self-study and teachers have a high quality of teaching skill.
Which class is the most effective to study?
1:1 Speaking class is the most effective because I have many opportunities to practice similar types of questions. My teacher taught me not only how to speak but also how to pronounce the words and proper usage of grammar. So it was very helpful for me to improve my English skill.
As a Japanese student, what is the most effective point while studying in CNSⅡ?
If I study IELTS in Japan, the teacher will use Japanese while they are teaching. However, at CNSⅡ, I have a lot of chances to use English with teachㄴers and friends so it was a good opportunity for me to improve my skill. And the student who studies here has a high level of English. I think it’s because they always study hard and it influences me to do well too.
How about the quality of CNSⅡ teachers?
I think the teacher’s level is high. Every teacher can speak English fluently and have good pronunciation. Their teaching skill is great so I can learn effectively.
What was your weakest subject and how did you improve this one?
Listening skill is my weakest subject. At first, I could not listen to sufficient information to solve the problems.
But nowadays, since I am attending morning listening test every day and English is used in all classes, my listening skills are much better than before.
Based on your experience, how about Baguio?
Baguio is the very good place because the climate is very comfortable and I feel convenient because I can buy anything near the school. Moreover, local people are very kind. I went to a cave with my friends before and it was a very challenging activity but I felt it was fulfilling. The experience that I had here is one of the best memories of my life.
