A&J E-EDUDC ACADEMY GOES ORGANIC

Good News to all health conscious individuals, A&J e-EduDC Academy has started planting organic vegetables in the rooftop Garden. This is to support the Department of Health’s campaign to promote a healthy lifestyle with their theme “Healthy Diet, make it a habit – FOR LIFE”

Students now have access to these chemical free vegetables which are served in the school cafeteria. “I am happy to know that not only is the academy thinking about our English studies; but also our health and well-being” a Japanese student said.

The successful integration of organic vegetables to the students’ diet was made possible through the initiative of the school administrator Ms. Rachel Doculan.  “Initially we only had 2 types of vegetables now we have more variety such as romaine lettuce, onions, tomatoes, nightshade etc. Hopefully in the future we can be self-sufficient to produce 100% of our vegetable needs.”
